How does it work?

1. We will investigate your case to gain a full understanding of the lost, damaged or stolen equipment.
2. We will use our expertise, experience and negotiation power to reduce your payment settlement with the equipment supplier, wherever possible.
3. We will resolve any legal matters, keeping you informed throughout the entire process.
4. We will inform you of the agreed payment settlement and fully explain the case in its entirety.

What are WowNow’s fees?

1. Our fees are fixed at low cost offering excellent value for money.
2. For losses & damages up to £1,000 there is a fixed fee of just £50 for us to investigate, negotiate and ensure that the settlement made is fair.
3. For losses & damages between £1,001 and £5,000 there is a fee of just £100 for us to investigate, negotiate and ensure that the settlement made is fair, plus 25% of the negotiated loss reduction.
4. For losses & damages over £5,001 there is a fix fee of £200 plus 25% of the negotiated loss reduction, for us to investigate, negotiate and ensure that the settlement made is fair.
