We provide the UK’s largest ‘man and van’ style rubbish clearance service and we operate a large in-house fleet of vehicles with directly-employed clearance teams. Our rubbish clearance service is very flexible when compared to a skip hire service, allowing you to choose almost any size of clearance.

We’re happy to clear more or less waste on the day, leaving you in control. We can usually clear your rubbish the very same day, or a day of your choice. We divert over 95% of the rubbish we collect away from landfills and offset the CO2 from our vehicles by over 150%.

How it works

Our Man & Van service provides options for same-day collection, and low-cost, two-hour time slots, we make collections as quick, affordable and flexible as possible.

1. Book a clearance - Tell us how much waste you think you have and book your collection online. Remember, we can clear more or less waste on the day, so don't worry if your estimate isn't perfect.
2. We assess the waste - On arrival, we'll assess the waste and provide you with a quote for the clearance before we start work. We will usually take photos of the waste to help with the quote. Please remember we do need to be able to park near the property.
3. Sit back and we'll get clearing - We include all reasonable labour, which means removing waste from upstairs or in a garden is not usually a problem as long as there is reasonable access to the waste. We will usually photograph the site on leaving to document the completed clearance and as the compliance record of what was removed, which you may need in the future.
4. Your waste is recycled - All of the rubbish we collect is transferred to a local commercial recycling facility where, on average, over 95% of the waste collected is diverted from landfills and we offset the emissions generated by our vehicles by 150%. We also provide you with a digital Waste Transfer Note which will be emailed to you with your receipt upon job completion. We store a copy of these documents for you, should you need to request a copy in the future.
